Discrepancies between account information and KYC documents may result in withdrawal delays or account restriction pending re-verification.
36php reserves the right to conduct periodic account reviews and to request updated KYC documentation at any time. Failure to comply with documentation requests within the timeframe specified by 36php may result in account restriction.

These Terms and any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including disputes relating to their validity, breach, termination, or enforceability — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
36php operates under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who have exhausted 36php's internal dispute resolution process may direct unresolved complaints to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaints handling procedures.
